Digital Leadership Summit - Wellington

The HiNZ Digital Health Leadership Summit in Wellington brought together clinical informaticians, vendors, and techy health people from across the motu. It was an interesting blend of folks who care deeply about our communities and want to harness technology – appropriately – to support hauora.

The new head of Te Whatu Ora Data & Digital presented his vision for digital health, which aligns with many of the challenges we’ve been grappling with for decades – good infrastructure and systems that get the right information to the right people, at the right time, in the right way.

Find out CEO Nick Kemp and Software Product Lead Jo Scothern's key takeaways here in their vlog.

We are excited to be sponsoring the 2024 Digital Health Summit in May 2024 - we believe that this event offers leaders across the digital health community to connect in-person and discuss the challenges/opportunities facing Aotearoa.

The summit provides an opportunity for us to broaden the focus to the wider health sector by providing a voice for organisations working in the social care sector - a vital piece of the health and wellness solutions offered to tāngata.

Articles and info about the summit:
