Recordbase experienced a service disruption following a failure with the Microsoft Azure cloud service. The Recordbase solution is deployed within Azure, Recordbase customers access the system via Azure services. Websites and other internet services around the world were also impacted. The Wild Bamboo support team responded to a high volume of support inquiries throughout the day.
On Wednesday January 14th, between 7:30 and 8:30am, Wild Bamboo will be performing scheduled maintenance on the Recordbase platform. This upgrade is part of our ongoing efforts to ensure optimal performance and reliability of our services.
What to expect:
- There may be a short period of service unavailability while the operation completes.
- Users logged into Recordbase may be logged out, there will be some delays in being able to log in.
- No data loss is expected, and all services will resume normal operation immediately after the upgrade.
