Recordbase experienced a service disruption following a failure with the Microsoft Azure cloud service. The Recordbase solution is deployed within Azure, Recordbase customers access the system via Azure services. Websites and other internet services around the world were also impacted. The Wild Bamboo support team responded to a high volume of support inquiries throughout the day.
At 2am on each of March 17th, 18th, and 19th we will completing a small maintenance task to the networking configuration of our Azure application services. This is not expected to cause any disruption to Recordbase and is being scheduled at these times to further reduce any risk.
