Thursday October 30th ~5:00am - ~1:30pm

Recordbase experienced a service disruption following a failure with the Microsoft Azure cloud service. The Recordbase solution is deployed within Azure, Recordbase customers access the system via Azure services. Websites and other internet services around the world were also impacted. The Wild Bamboo support team responded to a high volume of support inquiries throughout the day.
