The issue with impacting Incident categories has now been resolved. These are now saving correctly when you add or edit incident records.
The team has identified the part of Recordbase that was affected by this issue and made a small targeted change to ensure that records are correctly saving.

Recordbase experienced a service disruption following a failure with the Microsoft Azure cloud service. The Recordbase solution is deployed within Azure, Recordbase customers access the system via Azure services. Websites and other internet services around the world were also impacted. The Wild Bamboo support team responded to a high volume of support inquiries throughout the day.
