Sometimes you don’t get a chance to take note of everything we have done at the time, so this page includes details from all the latest releases, so you can easily see what has been going on and what is currently available in Recordbase.

Our latest release!

November 2023

We are committed to our mahi of providing you with a product that lets you get back to your core purpose and away from the computer.
This release enhances daily care events to allow you to collect broader health metrics and track changes over time. We also introduce a new section on the person record to provide improved collection of iwi affiliation. 
Along with these improvements, this release includes an update to the collection of travel time, changes to the PCOMs outcome tool and a number of other minor changes.

2023 Releases

February 2023

This year to make new features available as soon as possible we have refreshed our product releases – running out smaller mini releases like this one with small “byte-sized” changes throughout the year and two major releases designed to really provide significant changes.
This release provides user delegated authority, expands on our pronoun and gender identity functionality and fixes a display issue for direct relationships.

Along with these key changes, this release includes a lot of work behind the scenes that will improve performance and general user experience.

May 2023

This release provides an updated user dashboard, activity recovery, expands on our client list changes and introduces NHI lookup as part of the referral wizard.

September 2023

This release provides improvements for managing your tasks and enhanced
filtering for the notes handover report.

2022 Recordbase releases

Recordbase 5.38 - May

This release includes enhancements to activities and referrals – making it easier to capture information when you need to. We have also introduced a new integration that enables data sharing between Recordbase and Karo all designed to make reporting easier.

Recordbase 5.39 - October

This release expanded on recent changes to activities, improved the functionality of direct relationships and introduced the concept of goal categorisation.
It also includes enhancements to activities and referrals – making it easier to capture information when you need to. We have also introduced a new integration that enables data sharing between Recordbase and Karo all designed to make reporting easier.
