Youth services

Youth services empower and enable young adults to thrive.

Youth-targeted organisations provide resources and support to young adults, typically aged in their teens and early twenties. Some focus on NEET (people who are not engaged in employment, education, or training). Services are often specialised, such as support for youth homeless or youth workforce development.  Common programmes include training, workshops, mentoring, career development programmes, support services to cover health and wellbeing, and financial assistance.

How Recordbase assists youth service providers to expand their impact:

  • Collect, store, and manage client data, including goals and activities
  • Streamlined, timely reports to funders
  • Outcomes tools useful for reporting
  • Intelligent data management tools to support workflow
  • Track client progress and tell the stories of client journeys
  • Leverage data to drive advocacy and further impact

... and more!

TESTIMONIAL

Kick Back Make Change

"We use Recordbase as our client management system, which has enabled the project to build robust tools for data capture and impact measurement, ensuring that the outcomes are systematically tracked and analysed. Using Recordbase, we built a survey tool that captures data points that point to wellbeing improvements from the entry and exit point of the Safety Net Project. The aim of this was to gather evidence to prove that safe, stable housing that sits outside the emergency accommodation system is effective and leads to significant improvements."
