Key questions you need to ask

Here are some questions to think about:

And what about training? Does the provider offer easy-to-follow guides and documentation to help each of your teams hit the ground running? 

When you need help down the road, is the provider there for you with quick and friendly support?  You need to think about how quickly they are going to be able to respond to a "I need some help" ticket. Ask yourself are you prepared to wait for any overnight reply or do you need a support desk available during the same operating hours as my business.

And don't forget about onboarding – making sure the transition is smooth and seamless is a must.
