We understand that a 'one size fits all' approach doesn't always work.
You can choose any combination of Recordbase and its modules. We work closely with you to identify the best solution for your organisation and use our strengths in reporting and analytics to help make sure it’s the best fit.
We won't surprise you with hidden costs. Most Recordbase upgrades don’t cost you a thing but if some development work you require does incur a cost, we will always let you know.
We offer full implementation planning, staff training and support as part of the sign up process – and beyond.
To get you up and running, there will be a one-off implementation fee for the work we do to ensure Recordbase works for your organisation, and then an affordable monthly fee.
We train up a person in your organisation to be a Recordbase super user to help manage internal day-to-day queries, and our friendly team are always just a phone call or email away for added support.
