Welcome to 2018

January 23, 2018

Happy new year and welcome to 2018!

Time moves fast when you’re having fun, and as its already past mid-January there is obviously a lot of fun being had!

This year at Wild Bamboo we plan to do things a little differently. Don’t be scared, there are no huge changes – they are just more in line with our strategy to become more prevalent in the marketplace, grow our brand and provide more consistent engagement with you, our customers.

Hence, we want to keep you updated more regularly with information on updates, events and what’s happening here at Wild Bamboo.

Let’s start as we mean to go on!

Updates to Recordbase

Late 2017 saw a major upgrade in Recordbase from version 5.27 to 5.28. This has been rolling out since late November and will continue to do so in early 2018.

One of the big changes included the long-awaited unveiling of our activity screens! We know this has been a huge change for everyone (and we know changes can be difficult, even good ones), so we want to thank you for the valuable feedback that you have been providing – please keep it coming.

In addition to the big activity changes, we tweaked attachments, referrals, PRIMHD reviews, and have made the usual slew of bug fixes and minor enhancements.

We’re also ready to start demonstrating an early prototype of shared events. This is an upcoming feature that will allow sharing client details between Recordbase instances. If you are interested in learning more about the shared events, please get in contact with the Wild Bamboo team.

Plus, authentication is coming… watch this space!

Our team is growing

We have had some new additions to our team which have grown our numbers to 15. We’ve added to our diverse collective and can service your organisation more efficiently. Meet the team.

Look out for our quarterly newsletters that will include all the normal software and upgrade details, but also some interesting reading about relevant sector information.

Next newsletter: March 2018.

Thank you for your continued support of Recordbase. We look forward to working with you.
