What's new in our Recordbase release?
Our team has been hard at work, creating some great new features for our December Recordbase release.
We’ve revamped our client portal My Record, made some significant changes to group activities (a new interface, and the ability to add participants from multiple teams), and refined the health and safety module – all at no extra charge to our customers.
Of course, we’ve got further improvements up our sleeve, but check out what we have available for you from this month.
Record staff admin time
Staff spend most of their time working with clients and recording their time against client activities. However, there is also time spent training, attending organisational meetings, or doing other non-client work. This time can be recorded as admin time by staff in the Account Management module.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Important work processes need to be completed to ensure the best quality of service for clients. Targets are often set for personal, organisational and funder reporting. Use the new KPI widget to present these numbers and targets to specific staff groups, for specific service types, in an easy to view list. If you are working within the RBA model, these can also be shown at multiple levels of the organisation.
Allocated hours
If you have a service that is funded for hours allocated to specific clients then the recent addition of Allocated Hours tracking and reporting in Recordbase should make your life easier – get in touch with the support team to discuss how we can configure this functionality for you.
Quick activities
A new type of Activity screen enables you to create an activity in a more streamlined and templated way, and uses our new interface with big buttons and a much simplified screen.
Alcohol and Drug Outcome Measure (ADOM)
Community-based adult addiction services need to report on their service delivery and this now requires the ADOM tool to be used and submitted to PRIMHD. Recordbase can do this automatically for you. If your organisation is delivering an addiction service yet you do not use ADOM in Recordbase, please get in touch with the support team so we can set this up for you.
